Saving Time with Permanent Hair Removal
Every day women are plagued by the monotonous task to remove facial hair. It is one of those things that society expects all women to do. Not cleaning up hair makes one considered to practice poor hygiene. So every day women get out their hair removal supplies and begin plucking, shaving, waxing and applying chemicals to get rid of pesky hairs that insist on repeatedly coming back. Doing this takes up a large amount of time that many women simply cannot afford to waste. Many women are busy juggling a family, running their household and managing their careers. Removing hair becomes a chore that may get pushed aside when there are not enough hours in one day. When this happens it may be time to consider other options.
With today’s technology and innovations, permanent hair removal is now a possibility. There are two different medical procedures available to remove hair permanently.
The first is electrolysis. This involves tiny needles that send a shock of energy to be inserted into each hair follicle. The shock of energy kills the hair follicles ability to grow hair, thus rendering it dormant. The actual insertion of the needles should not hurt; however, just the though of the impending needle penetrations may make this procedure too uncomfortable for some to endure.
The second procedure is laser hair removal. This method utilizes lasers, which use heat to kill hair follicles. Laser hair removal can take less time since the light beam can treat a section of hair instead of just one at a time.
Neither procedure will render you 100% hair free after the first treatment. The number of treatments you will need depend on what stage of growth all your hairs are in. But after a few treatments your skin should be relatively hair free permanently. Then you will no longer have to spend countless hours removing unwanted hair.
